If it's for me, it's for me ... right? |

This snobbish attitude, most common to first time home buyers, not only wastes the buyer's time, it is also a great waste of effort for all the parties involved. Attaching a property to a religous act of God, or his favor, is not only ancient but also unfounded. Clearly, if a supreme being can be engaged in real estate economics then billions of people would now be owning fine homes across the world. Surely, the millions of devout worshippers who have led lives of virtues and values would be rewarded first. Following this theory, it would be safe to assume that these model citizens are all church goers or regular worshippers - would it then be right to say that all church goers or religious worshippers have nice homes? Reality paints the clear picture - the properties you work swiftly towards to, are the properties you are most likely to get. We have seen many newbies lose their dream homes due to their lack of committment in the property they are seeking to purchase. Prayers work better if you can actively work fast and effectively towards your goal. Real Estate is all about competition - you are competing against the other buyer with the better agent - there are far too many variables beyond your control. The only control you have is what you can do on your end to get this deal for you. No one else can do it for you , except you. Have you seen Donald Trump in action? Do you think he tells himself "If it's for me, it's for me" for every real estate venture he goes into? Or do you think he works fast and aggressively into getting whatever he wants? Stop making excuses and move fast. The world will not wait for you. Learn to help yourself.
