What kind of a home would be perfect for your needs?

Houses and Lots – Houses and Lots are single detached dwelling units built on a piece of land with an independent Land Title. They represent the traditional dwelling unit known to man for hundreds of years. Newer developments are usually located in the suburbs farther away from the city due to the scarcity of land in prime Central Business Districts. Many Houses and Lots in these prime areas enjoy very high resale and rental prices even though they are very old.  Houses and lots enjoy very good resale profits but have lower rental income.

Condominiums – a property within a multi dwelling unit where each unit is individually owned and the common areas such as hallways and recreational facilities are jointly owned  by all the unit owners in the building. Usually located in the city centers, near transport terminals  and near malls to provide utmost convenience for the buyers. Condominiums located in the Central Business District are very expensive and enjoy the highest rental rates and returns per peso invested. The land the condominium is built upon is owned by all the condominium unit owners. Each unit owner is entitled to a percentage of ownership in the land. The condominium units also enjoy a Condominium Title for ownership.

Town homes – these properties are smaller and cheaper than houses are attached to one another where the property owners share a common wall with their neighbors. Townhomes offer a compromise between houses and lots and a condominium. They are not very expensive and not as compact as a condominium. Luxury town homes in the central business district, however,  can cost a lot of money. Some townhomes offer land titles while others offer condominium titles. Resells faster than a house and lot but enjoys  rental rates that are lower than houses and condominiums.

Commercial assets – these are the primest real estate to buy. Located in Commercial Business Districts and town centers. These properties come in three forms: raw land, office condominium units, commercial buildings.  Priced higher than residential estates but re-sell at the highest prices, enjoys the top rental, and enjoys the highest occupancy rates. This is a very scarce asset and are usually treasured and developed by the wealthiest  investors. Ownership titles vary from Land Titles to Condominium Titles.
