The answer, unofrtunately, is not that simple for many properyty buyers. Work with a licensed Realtor. Realtors provide an objective view of the property you are looking into as compared to exclusive agents who sells for one builder. Agents are usually biased in favor of the developer who pays them a salary to sell the builder’s property and are given monthly sales quotas to meet. A Licensed Realtor, on the other hand, lives entirely on their professional fees and depends on satisfied clients to sustain their business  - developers do not pay them a fee to sell their properties, they sell you what you need.  Will you put your life in the hands of a first aid nurse or a licensed doctor? In the same manner, will you put your hard earned money in the hands of a biased  smooth talking unlicensed agent or veteran market-tested licensed Realtors?
