Splurging before a loan |
|
|
Do not buy that car or spend for that golf share before applying for a loan. The bank you are borrowing from will investigate your credit history and scrutinize your spending behavior for at least the past three months. Do not give them a reason to deny you a loan. If you can steadily transfer large amounts of money over regular intervals over a three to six month period, then do so. Your bank will want to know how stable you are. You may also try to move assets to your name to bloat your asset portfolio.
