Should I price my property high at first? |
|
|
You could but you really shouldn't. A property priced high will not sell fast, if the owner can even sell it at all. Properties that have been unsold in the market for some time become stale and lose their appeal. It gives buyers a bad signal that there is something wrong with the property, hence it is not being sold. In fact, statistics say that most overpriced properties are sold lower than similar estates in the area. You should price it right so you so you can sell it faster and higher.
