When do i get my rental deposit back?

It depends on your landlord. It is usually within 60 days after all your unpaid utility bills have been settled and after all damages you have caused to the unit, if any, have been repaired. Utilities are classifed as: water, electricity, internet, telephone, cable TV, gas etc. Many times, the landlord will wait for the final billing of the utility firm and require you to present a proof of payment.
